Dr William is a a human behavior expert and global Leadership consultant who has been involved in leadership Coaching to a wide array of executives, CEO’s, and market leaders. His passion is to help leaders refine their skills necessary for better performance, critical thinking and emotional management as a leader.
Dr William served as the Asia director of leadership training for leadership Training International, USA. He also served as principle and dean of several colleges in Singapore and Malaysia. Dr William has also pioneered several business and a non profit organizations; History Maker International which is located in over 25 countries. Through History Maker Dr William has trained and equipped leaders from over 40 countries. Dr William is an expert in human behavior, sociology and organizational leadership globally.
